Look for STAR's Public Service Announcements

As parents and caregivers know, meeting the needs of individuals with autism can be very difficult. One way to address needs is to increase awareness. Public service announcements (PSAs) that explain the impact of autism, the increased occurrence rate, and what needs to be done to assist children and families are now showing on Insight digital channels. The Oak Ridge Boys, Bobby Vee, NASCAR drivers, and football greats, Paul Hornung and Leonard Lyles, generously donated their time and talents to help increase autism awareness in the commonwealth. STAR Chairperson, Sandy Metts Snowden, and Marketing Chairperson, Brenda Woods, as well as other advisory board members worked in collaboration with Insight Cable to bring the PSAs to life. Look for our PSAs on Insight Cable Channels and spread the word!
