You are eligible for the $500 a month autism benefit if:
You have a fully insured health benefit plan that is regulated by the state department of insurance
You are receiving Respite Care
You have exhausted allowable speech and occupational therapy (example, 20 speech therapy sessions per calendar year have been met, you can use the $500 a month benefit if additional therapy is needed for the remainder of the year)
You fill compound drugs (you must submit form provided by pharmacy to your insurance company for reimbursement)
