STAR is an intervention program for individuals
with autism
spectrum disorders (ASDs) (Adobe PDF) and their families. Recognizing the
need for a larger number of skilled service providers for both adults
and children, STAR offers expanded consultative services across
Kentucky.
The goal of STAR is to improve the outcomes
of individuals with ASDs. Based on a collaborative model,
individual-specific treatment plans are developed. By improving
the skills of direct service providers, through collaboration, we
believe outcomes will improve.
