The purpose of this study was to assist
SIAC, ASDAC, and KY DMHMRS in meeting their objectives and provide
needed information for policy planners, program administrators,
service providers, advocates, parents and caregivers, researchers,
and others to begin to understand the current system of publicly
and privately-funded treatment and have a documented basis for making
improvements.
